Hello, I'm Trish, and I'm truly passionate about the work I do. It's an honor to share in the vulnerability of someone's darkest moments, lending an empathetic ear and walking alongside them until they emerge into the light of joy.

With over a decade of experience, I've guided individuals and couples through heartbreak, misery, dejection, and anxiety, witnessing transformations and fostering lasting positive change.

 

My therapeutic approach combines Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creating a safe, collaborative space to explore your thoughts and emotions uniquely. I believe in tailoring my methods to your needs, cultivating an environment for self-discovery and healing.

 

Armed with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I am dedicated to continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest developments in psychotherapy to provide you with the best care possible.
