It’s a true privilege to be invited into the tender moments of people’s lives. I offer a compassionate presence and walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate their challenges—until they begin to rediscover the light and joy life can offer.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve supported people through heartbreak, grief, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion—witnessing their transformation into lives of meaning, connection, and hope.

 

My therapeutic approach blends Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a safe, collaborative space where your thoughts and emotions can be explored with care. I tailor each session to your unique needs, supporting self-discovery and lasting healing.

 

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am committed to lifelong learning, ensuring that I stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field.

 

Being part of someone’s healing journey is a sacred privilege. Holding hope for others—especially when they can’t yet hold it for themselves—continues to strengthen and encourage me in my work.

 

Outside of my practice, I find balance through my faith, family time, and simple joys like reading, walking, and playing games. These moments keep me grounded and remind me daily of the importance of emotional and spiritual well-being.
