Hi I'm Trish
I’m a registered psychotherapist, relationship educator, and business owner. My work is centred on helping people understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, build healthier professional practices, and explore faith with greater depth.
There are several ways I may be able to help. Let’s find the right place for you to begin.
Foundations for Connection
Relationship education for individuals and couples who want to understand how relationships work and learn practical ways to build a stronger connection.
Ways I Can Help
My work has developed in several directions, but each one is grounded in the same belief: greater understanding can help us make meaningful changes in our lives, relationships, and work.
HELPPS
Online psychotherapy for adults and couples in Ontario who are looking for support through relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, or a challenging season of life.
Foundations for Practice
Free articles and assessments for regulated professionals who want help thinking through the realities of starting, building, or sustaining a private practice.
Bible Study with Trish
Free Bible studies for people who want to understand Scripture more deeply and consider how it applies to everyday life.
A Little More About Me
For more than fifteen years, I have worked with individuals and couples as a registered psychotherapist. I am also a relationship educator and a longtime business owner who understands both the personal and practical sides of building work that matters.
Over the years, my work has expanded beyond the therapy room. I have created relationship courses, assessments, and articles to make helpful information available to people who may never enter therapy. I also share resources for private practice professionals and Bible studies for those who want to grow in their understanding of Scripture.
What connects all of this is the way I work. I believe people need more than quick answers. They need space to understand what is happening, practical help deciding what comes next, and encouragement as they move forward.
